What a quite comfortable stay, no complains at all. A great selection of delicious food. Marvellous and charming location in a central area, in the central area.

The rooms were new-fashioned with excellent bed, the staff were really helpful and caring. The location for Mesao Frio was perfect, very close to Douro Valley, Vila Real and day time activities.

My suite had modern conveniences, including a private safe, central heating and an ironing set. The hotel had an unbeatable and lovely location, about 10 minutes' walk from the city centre.

Wonderful small hotel with garden view. New-fashioned, tastefully decorated rooms with central heating, an individual safe and multi-channel TV. The beds were extremely comfy, and the location was charming. Location short walk to the Douro river and the Douro Valley and nature. Also, on the side of a hill.

The value for money at this hotel was incredible. The room was top-notch with a cozy balcony and beautiful views of the pool. The location was serene and remote, surrounded by vineyards and offering a stunning view of the Douro valley. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and catered to our every need.

We had an absolutely breathtaking and personalized experience in the Douro Valley. The scenery, the service, and the peacefulness were all top-notch. The staff paid attention to every detail, from the refreshments by the pool to the smell of fresh cake in the morning. It felt like staying at a friend's cool architect house rather than a commercial hotel. The location was also incredible, with stunning views and a beautiful garden to explore. the food served at dinner was delicious and showcased the best of local Portuguese cuisine.

Although our stay was amazing, there were a couple of small downsides. the English of the staff could be improved, which caused a mix-up in our wine tasting reservation.

It's a fairly clean and perfect hotel with modern rooms and very pleasant staff. The location is marvelous, in the mountains. We will be returning here soon, as the property met needs well: D

my recent stay in mesao frio was incredible, and quintas de bosque surpassed all my expectations. their attention to detail and exceptional service made me feel truly cared for. the food was delicious and the views were breathtaking. loved every moment spent there, highly recommend to all!

Such great experience there. Incredible base for 2 nights in Mesao Frio, charming small and homely hotel. Location - charming and marvelous very close to the really beautiful Douro valley, and Vila Real. Beautiful building and rooms with lovely view. Amazing breakfast, a great selection of meals.
